We look to serve individuals, families and the community by providing quality mental health care via in office and telehealth services.  All of our clinicians set and manage their own schedules, but are expected to provide regular clinically appropriate care.  We provide office space, a super easy EHR and Telehealth system, phone, fax, email, billing and credentialing support, administrative support as well as marketing support.

FULL TIME OUTPATIENT THERAPIST (75% OFFICE BASED)

This full time 1099 position requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. A fully licensed LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT is preferred, but an associate licensed clinician will be considered. At least one year experience in providing clinical mental health services to adults, children and families required. This position is 75% office based (Raleigh location) and 25% virtual/telehealth.
H2 Lifecare, LLC is looking for a team member who values providing quality mental health care as well as supporting and empowering clients and other clinicians. Clinicians at H2 Lifecare, LLC are goal oriented and highly communicative. In addition, our clinical team members promote and participate in company wide programs and activities geared toward clinician, client and community engagement.
Salary: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
Responsibilities
To provide assessment and psychotherapeutic intervention to children, adolescents, and families in office and via telehealth. Responsibilities include:
· Clinical Intake, Assessment and Treatment Planning
· Provide evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, TFCBT and other therapeutic models)
· Maintain client treatment records and electronic files
· Attend monthly team meetings
Qualifications
· Must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
· Must possess basic computer skills and ability to adapt to an electronic client health record system
· Must be able to work independently
· Must be able to work some evenings

FULL TIME OUTPATIENT THERAPIST/LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT (75% TELEHEALTH)

This full time 1099 position requires a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work. Full independent licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) is required. At least 2 years experience in providing clinical mental health services to adults, children and families required. This position is mostly telehealth with some office based sessions.
