GROUP FEES

Adolescent DBT Group (20 weeks) -

$125/initial assessment (may be covered by insurance);

$55/90min group session

Group members MUST also be in individual therapy (this does NOT have to be with an H2 Lifecare clinician)

Social Skills Group (6 weeks) -

$125/initial assessment (may be covered by insurance);

$50/60 min group session

Grief Care -

$15/50 min session or 5 for $65

Divorce Care -

$15/50 min session or 5 for $65

Cultural Empowerment -

$15/50 min session

PAYMENT

Visa, Master Card, Flexible Spending cards are all accepted. Copays and session fees are due prior to the start of session. A missed appointment fee of $75 will be charged for appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
