QIANA JONES, LCSW
Welcome! My name is Qiana Jones (pronounced Key-Ah-Nuh). I'm the CEO/Founder of H2 Lifecare, LLC. I have over 18 years of experience in working with families and youth at risk in areas of child welfare and mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy my career of service to others and take pride in my ability to provide quality mental health care. I believe that mental health care can be delivered via many approaches that meet the unique needs of those I'm helping. I have been formally trained in and use a number of evidence based practices in therapy. I believe that treatment works best when it is delivered with understanding, compassion and authenticity.
TOMEKA BRIDGES, LCMHCA

SHANIKA BROWN, LCSWA

I am proud of you for taking this step to help you better navigate life and build emotional and mental stability. Within the space we create together, I will hold the space for whatever you bring into the room - hurt, happiness, sadness, anxiety, or otherwise. I am here alongside you.
My name is Shanika Brown. I am a graduate of the Joint Master of Social Work program from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University. I enjoy working with individuals and supporting them with their mental health needs and life stressors. I have experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults in the following areas: depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationships, self-esteem, and others. I use multiple treatment modalities that are appropriate for clients which include these techniques and modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and other practices to inform treatment.
I dedicate time to building trusting therapeutic relationships with each client to guide and help them explore the vulnerable parts of themselves. I believe therapy is a partnership- and together, we can take this journey. It doesn’t mean it will be easy, but it will be worth it. You are powerful and deserving. BRITTNEY PEIFFER, LCMHCA
Brittney Peiffer is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the state of North Carolina who has 3 years experience partnering with young children, adolescents, and adults to help with depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, grief and loss, anger management needs. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and received a Master of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
Brittney utilizes relational, collaborative, strength based, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, DBT-informed, mindfulness based, solution focused and emotionally focused approaches to therapy always maintaining the creativity, flexibility and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual.
Brittney seeks to establish a warm and caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths and better collaborate with you towards
meeting your goals and living the meaningful life you value and desire.
TYREK CORRY, LCSWA
Tyrek Corry (he, him, his), MDiv. MSW LCSWA
Tyrek Corry earned his Master of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also has a Master of Divinity from Duke University and Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in Psychology.
Over the course of his career, Tyrek has gained clinical experience form a variety of settings including small and large non-profits along with educational and church settings. He has experience working with individuals, groups, adults, adolescent, and children in the following areas: skill-building, social development, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health needs.
Tyrek is passionate about providing spaces where people can move from a place of survival into thriving while caring for the whole person. He understands that healing is a journey, and the client must have an active voice in the process which includes making room for all that it means for them to be human in the therapy space. His own faith and spiritual beliefs inform his desire to walk alongside people through the various difficulties and circumstances they face in their lives. To this end Tyrek uses a Person-Centered method, Motivational interviewing techniques, Strengths-Based approach along with Trauma-informed practices to guide his interaction with clients.
I have worked in the mental health field for 4 years now and I have a true passion for healing and helping others find their way to heal. Working in mental health has helped me become a better person in every aspect of my life while also helping others who need it. I'm here to help the clients and clinical staff ensure that their services run smoothly and efficiently!
