QIANA JONES, LCSW
Welcome! My name is Qiana Jones (pronounced Key-Ah-Nuh). I'm the CEO/Founder of H2 Lifecare, LLC. I have over 18 years of experience in working with families and youth at risk in areas of child welfare and mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy my career of service to others and take pride in my ability to provide quality mental health care. I believe that mental health care can be delivered via many approaches that meet the unique needs of those I'm helping. I have been formally trained in and use a number of evidence based practices in therapy. I believe that treatment works best when it is delivered with understanding, compassion and authenticity.
Hello! My name is Lakinta Garner. My purpose as your Therapist and Mental Health Advocate is to help you create positive and long-lasting changes, for you to reconnect and become active participants in your lives and communities through your relationships, daily functioning, and your view of self. I aim to provide resources, tools, and healthy coping skills that you can use to succeed in your journey of healing.
My experience includes providing services for children, adolescents, adults, and college students for the following specialties: depression, anxiety, stress management, behavioral issues, life/school adjustments, sleep management, romantic and social relationships/skills, and grief and loss. Based on your unique goals and needs, I will utilize one or multiple evidence-based practices in therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
In our sessions and space, I am a helping partner in your process. I will actively listen to you and work with you at your own pace rather than working for you. As your therapist, I believe it is important for us to build rapport and establish a strong and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. I will provide a space that is judge-free, safe, welcoming, and one that encourages honesty and openness from each other. I commend you for rising strong, recognizing your story, and taking action to choose how your story ends. I look forward to working with you!
