H2 GROUPCARE

Support Groups & Counselor Led Groups

The H2 Groupcare program provides group counseling in both supportive care/counselor facilitated and counselor led formats.  Group fees vary so please visit the Insurance tab for cost information.

Groups are counselor facilitated or led virtually and/or face to face depending on subject matter, need and enrollment. Please use the link below to fill out an interest form and we will contact you as soon as a group is scheduled.
