H2 Counseling - H2 Groupcare
H2 Training & Consulting
The H2 Counseling program provides individual, couples and family counseling services. In office and telehealth services are available for children and adults (ages 8 and up). Everyone has a story and sometimes we just need to be heard and find a safe place to land when stressors are all around. Therapy should be a place where hope is felt, growth is experienced and healing is ultimately realized. Visit the H2 Counseling page to get started!
The H2 Groupcare program provides group counseling in both supportive care and clinician led formats. Group counseling offerings include DBT groups for teens and parents, Grief support groups and Divorce care groups. Groups are facilitated both online and face to face depending on need and enrollment. Groups help us to identify with one another and offer ideas and strategies for meeting life's challenges. H2 Training and Consulting services are an opportunity for professionals and agencies to engage in relevant and beneficial professional development.
